I've found that Mail.Com changes much more deadly than I thought. I already know how to overcome them, but this needs a lot of coding. So because I'm short in time [I'm employed again :-)], this could take approximately month to code then it will be released as alpha. I hope that you will react to that event in some form after testing.
Developers in Mail.Com contantly working against us - they had made whole content of mime message (including boundaries) unavailable. I'm drived to create new message download mechanism but this will take some time for writing and testing. Sorry.

Aside from access to servers that has no POP3 support and access from places where you has no POP3 contact with server (i.e. inside firewall), I've found one server that do support POP3, but do this errorneously. Good for me.
Due to "WebMail Service data model" [79164] task both webmail client interface _and_ .xml/.wmc representation of service setup will be changed considerably. Do NOT rely on current implementation.
Installer complete and all tools now are quite stable. You now can use POP3-WebMail gateway as NT service without problems with config file search.
