setting PYTHONPATH dangerous

On some systems, setting PYTHONPATH if it is not already used can change the default behaviour of the system. It's also a pain.

Another option is to move the pyvision subtree (found within src) to the normal python site-packages location.  In Mac OS X (under python version 2.5), for example,  with out be something like:

    mv pyvision /opt/local/Library/Frameworks/Python.framework/Versions/2.5/lib/python2.5/site-packages/

(you must have to use "find / -name site-packages" depending how your installation).

Thanks for the tip.  I will add this the installation tutorial.  When pyvision becomes more stable I am planning to add a "" script that will install like a typical pyvision package..
