Using the Feb 2006 release (called 1.4 on the web but 1.3 on the splash screen), I created a simple class diagram (two classes - Line and Point - with simple constructors, a couple of attributes, and a method) and selected Export -> Python; selected a folder to hold the code; then received the following exception in the console window:
Using version 8 of the exporter
Traceback (most recent call last):
File "/home/ricegf/pyut/pyut-1.4.0/src/AppFrame.py", line 1621, in OnExport
File "/home/ricegf/pyut/pyut-1.4.0/src/plugins/PyutIoPlugin.py", line 249, in doExport
File "/home/ricegf/pyut/pyut-1.4.0/src/plugins/IoPython.py", line 564, in write
AttributeError: IoPython instance has no attribute '_logMessage'
Any idea what went wrong?
I had the same issue.
You just have to rename the method
def logMessage(self, module, msg):
def _logMessage(self, module, msg):
in the file "\pyut-1.4.0\src\plugins\PyutPlugin.py" (l.31).
