Exporting to java or c++ locks up for large number of
classes

To reproduce - import say half the files in the PyUt /src
folder (which takes a while) then export as java. Notice
the dialog that prompts for a destination folder does not
appear. PyUt has locked up.

You don't need to have so many classes in order to
trigger the error either...
