[pyusb-users] what's the goal for earliest Python supported?

README.rst says >= 2.4, _interop.py says >= 2.3.

Would you accept a patch that changed _interop to 2.4 and
deleted the sorted() and groupby() alternative code?
Or one that changed README to 2.3?

Just minor housekeeping, but happened to notice it.
