[Pyunit-interest] wxPython pyunit unittest test runner gui

I desire a better graphical test runner (than the tkinter
unittestgui.py) to run my unit test cases, which are implemented using
the standard unittest module. I have searched Google and all the
seemingly-relevant newsgroups, and the only reference I found is 5 years
old. Before I reinvent the wheel, I thought I'd post a new request, as
wxPython is my preferred gui framework. Also, I have had problems with
the Tkinter version never updating during test running and would like
better features such as automatic test searching and grouping,
generating results reports, etc.
