Can't install PyUIQ on P1i

I'm using SE P1i, and both versions of PyUIQ (unsigned and selfsigned) cannot be installed.

About the signed version, it says "Component failed security check. Cannot install."
And about the unsigned version, I don't know how to sign it online, and can't sign it offline either, because I don't have publisher ID.

Any hints ?
