#1 adds dynamic cursors to 0.11

This adds a text cursor (but not implemented yet), a
diagonal resize cursor (implemented), the standard
windows cursor, and a hand cursor for button rollovers
to pyui 0.11.

core.py and widget.py were changed, cursors.py was
added
