#15 test0.py unable to exit on Win32

Fresh install from a CVS version of PyUI, running on
Win2k, Python 2.2 and PyOpenGL 2.0.1, after closing the
dialog, the overall window will not close via the
taskbar, the [x] window, or the pygame icon in the
upper-left corner. Escape, however, does cause an exit.
