In order to get started with PyTom, obtain a copy of the current version. You can either do that by downloading the current stable release from the PyTom's sourceforge front page or obtain a copy through Git. Technically, it is much easier to stay with the most recent stable version if you hook up into the Git repository and stay with the most recent stable branch.
Tutorials are included in the PyTom package in the pytom/doc folder. Get PyTom, follow the installation instructions and try the tutorials!
We strongly recommend to keep your copy up to date by subscribing to our mailing list where we will continuously inform you about the newest features in PyTom.
