[Pythonsound-devel] More minor fixes, and problesm

I updated omde/pitch.py to fix a few bugs,
and updated some imports in examples/pitch/pitch.py.

Maurizio, I'm trying to work through the examples, but things have
changed so much I can't get them to run at all. When you get a chance,
could you update the examples?
