I fixed a bug in makeScalaDB utility (it used to put full pathname of the
.scm file on my machine instead of scale name) and I had to rebuild the
scales files.

I also completed the omde.spectrum module and makeSharcDB. I'm trying to
get in contact with G.Sandell and have the permission to include the SHARC
database in the OMDE/pmask tarballs.

You can download both databases using the downloadDB script in utility/

cd utility
./downloadDB ../omde
