[Pythonsound-devel] pmask.chaos module in OMDE/pmask

Hello Hans.

I just ported your pmask.chaos module to OMDE/pmask without any test.

I also changed few details to improve performance or coerence with the
behaviour of other components of OMDE/pmask.

Could you double-check the code?
