Hi,

Attached is a patch which keeps track of data changed and if data is 
saved lets you ouf of the designer without the warning dialog.

What do you think?  Initial tests of this works for me, but need to test 
it some more to be sure that all changes will get caught and set flag 
that data needs to be saved.
