[PythonReports-users] Persist layout of properity dialog

Hi,

Attached a patch which will persist the layout of the different property 
dialogs.

This patch is depended on the WIT and persist patch some time ago for 
the designer.

It is also depended on a patch I submitted for wx.lib.agw.persist 
(RestoreAll).
