Hi Alex,

Attached an updated patch with the size to wxSize translation.

I haven't figured out how to handle custom sizes, i.e. all the ones with 
wx.PAPER_NONE.

P.S.
There are a few standard sizes "B3" and "B6" in the wx enumeration, 
reported it on the wx list.
