PyInstallShield version 0.4 has been released.

PyInstallShield is a cross-platform program for installation and un-installation. Here is a quick list of the changes in version 0.4: The user interface now uses PyGtk-2. All internally-used icons and language translations are now contained in the main program, providing a more self-contained installation process.
