#3 ZODB Iterator

An object iterator I wrote for divining objects
directly from the ZODB without knowing anything about
them, or requiring a specific organizational
implementation (such as Zope OFS).

Obviously ZODB(3) specific, but useful when we get to
that stage methinks.
