[PyIndexer] Numeric Indexes

Hi,

Quick straw poll:

Should the spec have "Numeric Index" covering integer and floating point numbers
or "Integer Index" and "Floating Point" index?

+1 in a reply please :-)

The argument goes that Numeric is easier to use, but splitting it into two makes
it more efficient...
