if you are interesrted in FSI you should read the Lectures to FSI on the 6th and 7th OpenFOAM workshop http://www.extend-project.de/OFWS/trainingsOFW7/MLombardi_FSI.pdf and http://www.openfoamworkshop.org/6th_OpenFOAM_Workshop_2011/Program/Training/campbell_slides.pdf
the tricky thing is the coupling of nonconforming meshes OF<->Aster so GGI might be a workaround or other methods
