As the closest this group has to a secretary I've taken it upon myself
to note the current development activity and to start a to do list.
I've added TODO.txt to the root directory in CVS. This enables the rest
of us to keep up with what Kevin is doing and to make our own
contributions known and shared with the rest of the team.
This is a only a first cut so please tell me where I have gone wrong,
any items in progress that I've missed, or suggestions for a better
layout. It is a text file rather than a web page so that it is easy to
view and edit, as well as track the changes through CVS without format
tags getting in the way.
I've tried to keep it simple but structured enough so that someone (I'll
give it a go but don't hold your breath) can write a parser to turn it
into a web page for posting on the site. Bear in mind though, that the
text file will remain the definitive article and is likely to change
quite a lot.
