0.8.2 hasn't been released yet. You can download the current CVS
version, but this is not recommended for production use, and is really
only of use to those who want to help with testing new features and/or
bugfixes.

The instructions for obtaining the current Pythoncard source tree by
anonymous CVS can be found here:
