It's a good question - so it deserves two answers. I sent the "serious" 
one earlier .....

Now the 'smartass' answer :  the target audience for PythonCard is *ME*

OK, I'm optimistic enough to assume that if it helps me, it'll also help 
other people :-)
And naive enough to assume that if Kevin thinks the target audience is 
*him* - then what I want is close enough.
