I suspect that the size of wxPython (and wxWidgets) doesn't lend itself to packaging on a general purpose Live CD. If you're feeling brave then it may be possible to build your own Live CD using morphix [2]. The web site says that they offer a reasonably simple way of customising the contents of a Live CD from the Debian package repository (which has all of the necessary bits and pieces to run PythonCard).
