I'd like to amend this: the delete key actually does work in resource 
editor;
what I should have said was the backspace key. As a Mac guy, I'm
not used to the distinction between the backspace key and the delete key.

The backspace key has no other function in resource editor, right?
I vote to let it do the same thing as the delete key.
