[Pythoncard-users] testNotebook didn't make it into release 0.8.1

I forgot to update the MANIFEST.in file to include the testNotebook  
sample, so it didn't make it into release 0.8.1. You can download the  
files from the anonymous cvs server.

Since that is a bit of a pain to download each and every file I went  
ahead and made a zip and put it on the SF server as well.
