Yikes! Talk about looking but not seeing - how many times have I opened
the list of components in the resource editor and missed the password
one. Thanks for the pointer and the new dialog anyway.

Sounds good. Clearly I haven't come close to using all of the stuff in
0.8 yet and there haven't been any show-stoppers with what I've been
building up to this point (simple utilities using ODBC so far).
