I know that everyone will go off and read the migration guide before trying 
the new package out - won't they !
But in case anyone doesn't, and in case they try the resource editor first, 
and in case they have problems ....

There's a small change to the resource file format, and the new 
resourceEditor requires any existing resource files to be changed. If you 
try to simple Open an existing resource file, it will silently fail ..... 
see the migration guide for how to do the trivial change that needs to be 
done to resource files to solve this.
