7.3.1 Has seemed to clear up the problem....

But I have noticed a few things....

* There seems to be no way for the user to resize the dialog/HTML window
* Scroll Bars, I do not see a way to force the scroll bars to be active...?
	Do I have to explicitly add scroll bars?

Also...

* HTMLWindow requires a .html file to be passed to it?  When I attempted to
	use a string, it pops up a dialog window reporting that's a invalid
	file...
