Since this is just a quick bug-fix release I'll just list the changes  
since last week and a link to the previous release announcement.

Release 0.7.3.1 2004-04-09
added _getId back to widget.py
menu.py workaround for FindMenuItem and GTK exception
updated MANIFEST.in and setup.py for PyPI/distutils
added testevents sample for debugging cross-platform
   event order
