[Pythoncard-users] resourceEditor fix for Linux/GTK

I've checked in a change to the resourceEditor that hopefully will fix the
problem with the resizing handles not working properly. I didn't change the
existing Windows code which was already working. Thanks to Cliff Wells once
again for the Linux work.

Cliff didn't have a chance to check the last change I made before he went
home for the evening, so if there are any tweaks needed I'll post a
follow-up to this message tomorrow.
