Hmm, they work under Windows 2000 and Windows 98 and I haven't really
changed the algorithms that much. Do you get any errors in the console when
the resourceEditor starts up? If so, failed initialization could screw up
everything else. Open the Message Watcher window and see if any messages are
firing.
