RE: [Pythoncard-users] 0.6.1 release likely

I've checked in changes to give the New/Open/Revert commands some document
changed logic like I used for the textEditor sample. It is overly
aggressive, even selecting a widget counts as a document change, but since
the resourceEditor uses the Property Editor for updating component/widget
properties I don't have much choice until I rewrite the whole thing.
