repository have been removed."

The proto and PythonCardPrototype modules are still there and I have a
backup of the proof and proto files that were in the PythonCard branch if
anyone needs them. I figured that we would be moving beyond 'prototype'
pretty soon and would want to reuse the PythonCard branch without the old
files/dirs in there.
