I took a look at the project mentioned below because of a lingering interest
I have in outliners and the thought that one day I might create one. It
turns out that this guy is using PythonCard to create his app. So I figured
I would forward it here to see if anyone might want to help him. I'm too
busy at the moment, myself.

This is wonderful. It's a good vision, but he's struggling with some of the
XML-RPC and it would be great if a Linux outliner would directly support
OPML.
