Apparently, SourceForge changed the rules once again while I was away. I
find this very annoying, but there isn't anything I can do about it. I guess
you get what you pay for.

So, if you've been hitting 'Reply' rather than 'Reply to All' to respond to
a list message and find that you didn't get a copy back from list, then now
you know why.

They also added a default in Mailman to allow non-members to post to the
list, but I turned that off.
