Sorry about that. Patrick has been making tweaks to PyCrust as he approaches
a real release of version 0.6. The namespace setup changed after I put out
0.4.4.5.

We could put out a prototype-daily release using distutils and the current
version of PythonCardPrototype and PyCrust in cvs as a test today or
tomorrow.
