[Pythoncard-users] samples.py now shows .rsrc.py files too

Don't know why I forgot this, but it is fixed now in cvs. 'Show Resource'
button shows the .rsrc.py file for a sample. You can just download
'samples.py' and 'samples.rsrc.py' from:

http://cvs.sourceforge.net/cgi-bin/viewcvs.cgi/pythoncard/PythonCardPrototyp
e/samples/

and replace the ones in release 0.4.4.1

Patrick pointed out the 'samples' should be in the list of samples, so I
fixed that as well. The code needs refactoring now, but it does seem to
work.
