[Pythoncard-users] Announce: 0.4.4.1 release

Okay, you know the drill by now. I'm not going to announce this anywhere
else until I know that the Unix launching works for someone besides Neil,
plus I would like to make sure I didn't botch something up today that was
working yesterday for release 0.4.4.

0.4.4.1 contains the samples launcher named appropriately samples.py and
located in the samples directory. I also updated the Getting Started
document based on the suggestions in Guido's email. Hopefully, I got that
part right too.
