[Pythoncard-users] adding a Getting Started document

A number of emails I've received today have prompted me to do a Getting
Started document for PythonCard. It should have been done long ago, but
documenation is the hardest part and I'm lazy, so...

Anyway, I will probably post a first draft later today, but feel free to
respond to this message with any points you think should be covered, your
own experiences, or any other contributions you want to make to the Getting
Started.
