[Pythoncard-users] How do I activate the tools?

Hi all,

How do I activate the tools (such as the message
watcehr)?  The on-line doc at
http://pythoncard.sourceforge.net/framework/runtime_tools.html
only says "command-line switch in parens" with no
example code on how to activate them.

Could somebody please help?
