Yes, a new version is in the works. I'm afraid it will be next weekend 
before I get a chance to do much to it - but with luck it should be done 
by the end of this month. (Note - this will be the first time I've tried 
to do a release - so that might turn out to be an optimistic schedule).

Unfortunately there is no snapshot version available. There are free 
versions of CVS available for all platforms, and it's fairly easy to get 
it going for anonymous access.

Nope, hasn't stopped, though it has been quiet for a while.
