I'm catching up now and random messages may start appearing on the mailing lists ;-) You're not alone in your confusion though. I've been mucking about with PythonCard since the project started and I made the same mistake that you did with the resourceEditor. I'm all in favour of swapping the behaviour of 'Move Forward'/'Bring to Front', 'Move Backward'/'Send to Back' in the resourceEditor. In fact, if no one has any objections I can make it this weekend. The most important part will, of course, be to update the documentation.
