You are trying to install a Mandrake rpm on a SuSE system.  I don't
know that much about how rpm works deep down, but it's probably
looking for a Mandrake python package in order to fullfill
dependencies.

It is possible to tell rpm to install something ignoring dependencies,
but I'm not so sure this is a good idea.
