#44 Focus fails to follow mouse click in resourceEditor

I've clicked on combo box, changed the combo selection
with the cursor keys (so it has the selection dots),
then clicked on another control (I am looking at the
widget resource file).

The cursor keys do not change the position of the
control - only the mouse will move it.
