adding scripting support would be a great way to implement easier and faster the import/export files - as well, can be an opportunity to improve PythonCAD usability and power

I agree with Matteo, cause it's really easy to start writing code.
(I didn't have any experience since 4 mounths ago).
and the program is at the moment so feature lacking that anything written
should be better enbodied with the trunk!

PythonCAD is all written in python so it's easy to extend and to develop
new features.
The command structure is modular for allowing the user to develop new
command in a very fast way integrating the source code.
We are thinking to develop a plug-in system but is not a priority right
now.
