ok, i think we can release it.
at the moment there is a preference dialog that is displayed empty because
it's still in progress...
and a status button of snap that do anything if checked or not, but display
snap list if right clicked, so i think it could be enought like this too.
i'll try to fix something this evening... anyway when you have some time
matteo pack it and publish alpha 04...

let's do it!
