Yes of course we can ..
But for now that we are in a development I will prefer to use it as a
package ..
When we will release the first beta of R38 we can include this as part of
Pythoncad.

Because sympy is all python code we can also add it to the PythonCAD
source itself (PythonCAD\Generic\sympy).
That way there is no need to install the sympy package and we can test
against a certain version (the one we add to the PythonCAD source
tree).
It is permited if I read the LICENSE file in the sympy package.
