Right now it's not possible .. but I have it in mind ...
As soon pythoncad have all the feature needed for a 2d cad we can get data
from and to other platform..
One of my target is to became a 2d for all 3d opensource platform.
Actually all 3d opensource cad are very poor in 2d drafting (freeCad is
doing very good job in it).

I hope to get data from blender and create 2d draftings ..
So you can model in 3d env and get the data to create a good draft .

I Had a very fast look at the Blender GreasePencil documentation ..
I do not know if we can make some comparison between the 2 programs.
Pythonca is a real 2d cad and GreasePencil seems a tool to draw line or
entity like in paint.
Of course if there is any need to put data in blender we can think of it ..
