[Pythoncad-developer] Relising alfa 4

Hi Carlo,
I would like to release the alfa4, we are losing rating and I think it's 
time to inform all the people that a new release is available.
And is also time to show at all the people the great work that you are 
doing.

What do you think?
I will prepare the pakage for windows and a zip for all the other 
platform ..
as soon I have your "ok" I will publish the release on sourceforge download.
